Very clean and healthy, you can get a lot of steamed food there, which is good for you especially when you are living in Guangdong. If you live in Hunan, you can eat as much fried food and pepper as you want, but hey, you are in Guangdong! It's in China Plaza. You can take the subway to Lie Shi Ling Yuan.

The label inside the shoes is Laikesidun

Tips in googling in China
Sometimes Google doesn't work very well in China, but you can always count on www.google.cn, especially when you are searching for images. Like the English version, the second link right on top of the text box (where you type in your keywords) is the 'image' option. Well, in case you can't read Chinese.

Utilizing the most popular search engine in China: Baidu.
Its default option is 'web', which is the second link right on top of the text box (where you type in your keywords). Another two options that is good for you are the fifth(mp3) and the sixth(image). Baidu has a good online dictionary service dict.baidu.com, input Chinese, you got English, and vise versa.
